Frequently asked questions

Is this the same course that you have on YouTube?

Yes and no. The course content is exactly the same as my course on YouTube, but I think the learning experience is completely different. No advertisements, easier to navigate sections, access to the community of learners and certification.

You also have direct access to download the course slides in either PDF or PowerPoint formats.

Do you provide direct access (e.g. by chat or email) so I can ask questions?

You always have the ability to ask questions via the Community section of each course, which I (and other learners) monitor. I attempt to answer these when I can, but it is on a best endeavours basis, so I can't always respond in a timely manner.

How long do I have access to the course if I buy it?

Subject to the usual terms and conditions, once you purchase the course you'll have access to it for as long as is around!
